This is a very intriqueing photo (and a perfectly adorable guy)! But, I’m curious- how did his face get so soiled? This looks like he helped clean up an oil spill- which I’ve done once in my life- and is the only time I’ve gotten this dirty. So, what’s the story?

I think it was supposed to be some kind of camouflage. They were actually a group of guys cleaning up a beach after a storm.
